I'm a technical engineer. I strive for value, and value, to me, is growth. The kind I chase first is my own.
I think about my career the way I think about systems: it scales two ways. Vertically through depth, horizontally through reach. Selling gym memberships at Club16. Running help desk tickets at Microserve. Doing AI evaluation work at Braintrust. Building full-stack apps on the side. Now supporting an enterprise platform at Kaseya that lives entirely on API integrations, while pushing into Cloud and keeping an open eye on where AI is heading. None of it was a pivot. Same move, different axis.
I am driven by curiosity and am always looking to grow. Whether it's learning how new technologies work, building new things, or simply expanding my knowledge, I am always pushing myself to be better.
Working toward AWS Solutions Architect Associate. I hold three AWS credentials and 15+ certifications across cloud security, backend development, and database administration.

Services
API Diagnostics & Integration
This is my day job. At Kaseya, I support ConnectBooster, an accounts receivable platform that lives entirely on API integrations, given failures in API calls and reconciliation issues across PSA platforms (ConnectWise, Autotask), payment gateways (Bambora, BlueSnap, BNG), and accounting systems (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Microsoft Business Central). The work is part forensics, part translation between systems that were never designed to talk to each other.
Cloud & Infrastructure
This is the next chapter. I'm working through AWS Solutions Architect Associate, with hands-on experience across S3, EC2, IAM, and VPC, plus Active Directory and M365 administration on the Azure side. The goal is to move from supporting cloud-backed systems to designing them.
Full-Stack Development
My freelance lane. I build commercial websites for local businesses, mostly in Next.js and TypeScript, with the same checklist every time: it has to perform, stay secure, and rank. The flashy stuff is fine, but if those three boxes aren't ticked, the site isn't shipping.
Automation & DevOps
The stuff that turns repetition into a script. CI/CD, infrastructure as code with Terraform and CloudFormation, and PowerShell, Bash, and Python for whatever needs to stop being done by hand. If I've done it twice, I'm trying to automate the third.
Agentic Engineering
My open eye on AI. I'm building AI-driven workflows that run end-to-end without me sitting in the loop, from lead generation to client onboarding. The bet is that agentic systems are where most of the leverage will sit in the next few years, and I'd rather be early than catch up.

- Resolve 30+ weekly Zendesk cases involving API integrations across PSA platforms (ConnectWise, Autotask), payment gateways (Bambora, BlueSnap, BNG), and accounting packages (QuickBooks, Microsoft Business Central, Sage, Xero).
- Maintain 60%+ First-Day Resolution (FDR), consistently outperforming team baseline. Contribute to improved team-wide FDR performance exceeding 50%.
- Diagnose REST API authentication failures, webhook delivery errors, and transaction reconciliation discrepancies across PSA, payment, and accounting platform integrations.
- Leverage MongoDB read access to query production databases, trace data inconsistencies, and resolve client-reported issues at the source.
